Built Around the Problem

Not every atmospheric problem fits an existing product.

TARL's research and technical work is structured around the scientific problem rather than a fixed catalog of products. Projects may combine atmospheric research, field observation, instrumentation, data analysis, numerical modeling, and forecasting depending on the requirements of the investigation.

This approach allows project design to begin with the question that needs to be answered, then determine which measurements, tools, methods, and technical capabilities are required to address it.
